Dear Butte Central Family;
As a school system we are blessed to have the support of many throughout our community. Butte Central Catholic Schools benefit from the financial support of the business community, alumni, parents, past parents, boosters, parishioners, and friends.
We have a strong fundraising program that exemplifies our resilience and strengths as a Catholic school system. In the upcoming school year, we have a robust fundraising plan that features both special interest projects and major activities to support our activities program, budget operations, faculty salaries, and scholarship funds. To make our fundraising operation more efficient and to avoid multiple fundraisers occurring at the same time, we have implemented a new fundraising calendar.
We would ask all school groups, teams, clubs, and organizations to submit a fundraiser application form for any proposed fundraising activity or event to the Butte Central Education Foundation Office. The attached application will be used to coordinate fundraisers in our school system and maximize our fundraising success. It is important that we avoid multiple competing fundraisers occurring at the same time.
Attached is a copy of the fundraiser application. Additional copies can also be accessed on our website http://buttecentralschools.org and in the offices at our high school and elementary school.
