The atmosphere at the Maroon Activities Center (MAC) this Tuesday will be defined by a unique harmony. As the Butte Central Maroons prepare for a high-stakes doubleheader against the Dillon Beavers, the community will gather for Senior Parent Night to honor a small but mighty group of seniors who have dedicated their high school careers to both the court and the stage.
The Stars of the Night: Our 2026 Seniors
This year’s senior class is defined by versatility. Whether they are hitting a three-pointer or hitting the right note, these students have been the backbone of Maroon pride.
On the Court & In the Stands
Caden Tippett: A true "iron man" of the Maroon spirit, Caden will be recognized twice once as a leader on the basketball court and again as a veteran member of the Maroon Pep Band.
Arica Stajcar: A defensive specialist and senior leader for the girls' squad, Arica’s veteran presence has been the glue for the Maroons throughout a challenging 2025–26 season.
Ryan Peoples: Standing tall for the #3 ranked boys' team, Ryan’s perimeter shooting and leadership have propelled the Maroons to an impressive 13–7 record.
The Heartbeat of the MAC: Band Seniors
While the athletes provide the action, these seniors provide the energy. Joining Caden in the band recognition are:
Molly Clare Peck: A cornerstone of the music department whose dedication ensures the MAC stays loud and intimidating for visiting teams.
Xander Strand: A vital part of the ensemble whose musical leadership has helped the pep band become one of the most respected in the Southwestern A.
The Matchup: Maroons vs. Beavers
The stakes couldn't be higher for a Senior Night. Dillon arrives with a formidable reputation, but the "MAC Magic" is real when the seniors are playing for their families.
