Why This Fund Matters

Each year, the Faculty Fund helps Butte Central say “thank you” in a tangible way to the educators and staff who keep faith-based, high-quality education alive in our community. Regular tuition and fundraising typically cover only basic operations, so designated gifts for teacher bonuses go straight to the people in the classrooms and hallways every day.

What the Faculty Fund Does

Donations to the Faculty Fund are pooled and distributed as bonuses to eligible faculty and staff. These bonuses help narrow the wage gap between Catholic school educators and their public school peers, while recognizing the countless extra hours spent coaching, advising, supervising activities, and supporting families. The bonuses are scheduled for Christmas, and June. Returning teachers are also offered retention bonuses in August.

How to Donate

Supporters can give online through the Butte Central Catholic Schools website by choosing "Faculty Fund” Gifts https://www.buttecentralschools.org/teacherbonusfund  Donations can also be mailed or dropped off at the Butte Central Education Foundation or school office with “Faculty Fund” clearly written in the memo line to ensure proper designation.
